Risk disclosure

Trade in goods and assets, real or virtual, as well as Cryptocurrency, carries significant risk. The prices may fluctuate on a daily basis. Such price fluctuations can (at any time) increase or decrease the value of your assets. Any currency, virtual or not, may be a subject to significant fluctuations in value, as well as completely depreciate. There is an inherent risk that losses will arise as a result of buying, selling, or any kind of trading on the market.

There is no central bank that could issue more currency or take measures to protect the value of cryptocurrency in times of crisis. Cryptocurrency trading is often exposed to irrational (or rational) “bubbles” or loss of confidence that can lead to a drop in demand towards a supply. For example, confidence in Cryptocurrencies may fall due to unexpected changes imposed by software developers or others, government measures, the creation of superior competing alternative currencies, as well as deflationary or inflationary spirals. The trust can also be reduced due to technical problems: if the anonymity of the system is compromised, if money are lost or stolen, or if hackers or governments can prevent any transactions.

You declare that you are informed, understand, and agree that: neither Royal Bitex, nor any of the Parties to Royal Bitex or any Third Party Provider, directly or indirectly, can be held responsible, have any obligations with respect to or in any way to guarantee the execution or payment of any Transaction entered into by the User on the Platform, and neither of the Parties to Royal Bitex or the Third Person Provider shall be liable to the User or any other Person under any Transaction made through Platform.

Cryptocurrency trading also carries special risks that are not usually found in Fiat money and/or goods and/or commodity assets. Unlike most Fiat money, which are guaranteed by governments or other legal entities, or such goods as gold or silver, Cryptocurrencies are unique types of currencies supported by technology and trust. There is no central bank that could issue more currency or take measures to protect the value of cryptocurrency in times of crisis.

There may also be additional risks that we have not foreseen or have not identified in this Agreement. In the light of the above, you understand that all operations with Cryptocurrencies are irreversible and that Funds received as a result of a Transaction can be returned only on the basis of a separate supplementary agreement. You cannot cancel, revert or change any Order that is designated as executed or executed.
